Since our founding in 1983 by the Franklin County Ministerial Association, The Good Samaritan Ministries of Franklin County has distributed tens of thousands of food boxes, distributed thousands of articles of clothing, and provided hundreds of thousands of dollars of utility assistance to residents of our county.
